For HVAC, plumbing, electrical & other field-service businesses
Your customer records, organized and kept that way.
We clean up years of scattered files, spreadsheets, and paperwork, move them into the software you run on (Housecall Pro, Jobber, or QuickBooks), and keep them current automatically from your team's texts. Run a smoother business day to day, and be ready when it's time to sell, borrow, or bring in a partner.
Contact usHow it works
Three steps. You can stop after any of them.
Health Scorecard
We review a copy of your records and show you exactly how organized they are today, where a buyer or lender may spot gaps, and our estimate of what that means for your business's value. You get a clear scorecard and a list of every issue we found.
Clean-up & migration
We organize every customer (duplicates merged, addresses confirmed, contact details, job history, equipment, notes) and move them into your software with your original files attached, each named by what it is and when, and indexed back to where it came from. Anything we're not certain about, we ask you. We never guess.
Parser
Your techs text job updates, photos, and voice memos. Parser logs the work to the right customer, builds the invoice, has the tech confirm it, and sends it through your software. Your office sees it all on the Parser Hub, and management gets a short summary every evening.
Works with the software you choose
Parser works with any of these. After the Health Scorecard we'll recommend the one that fits how your business runs.
Housecall Pro
Scheduling, online booking, and payments in one app. Parser fills in the job details, equipment, and invoices from your techs' texts.
Jobber
A full job-management app at a lower cost. Parser keeps the records complete, so the team doesn't have to type them in.
QuickBooks only
Keep it simple: your books and invoices stay in QuickBooks, and Parser handles the job details, equipment, files, and scheduling by text.
Parser: your field team, hands-free
No app to install and no logins for your techs. They text the way they already do: typed, a voice memo, or a photo.
- Parser matches each update to the right customer and job, even from a partial name or a misspelled street, and asks a quick question when something's missing, like how long the job took.
- The tech gets the invoice by text and replies YES, or says what to change. It goes out through your software with a pay link.
- Photos, drawings, and PDFs the team sends are saved to the customer's file, named and dated. A tech can text "send me the drawing for 1420 Maple" and get it back.
- Years of history at your techs' fingertips: "when did we last service the boiler here?" or "send me Karen's 2021 invoice" gets an answer from the records we cleaned up, not just what's happened since.
- Equipment is logged from a text or a photo of the data plate. If a serial number can't be read with certainty, Parser asks the tech to confirm it rather than guess.
- Your price book fills itself in as your team works.
- Your team's messages stay private: you see the job records and activity totals, never the messages themselves.
Dispatch by text
Your office texts or voice-memos Parser: "Send Mike to the Johnson house on Maple at 2, AC not cooling."
- Parser repeats it back and sends nothing until you reply YES.
- Mike gets the job with a map link and replies OK, then ON MY WAY. You hear back at each step.
- Move, reassign, or cancel the same way: "Give Mike's 2pm to Dave."
- Update any job by text: a permit number, an inspection time, a gate code, a file. The tech on that job gets what they need; billing matters stay with the office.
- The job goes on your schedule, and the evening summary shows where every job stands.
The Parser Hub: your whole operation on one screen
A private web page for your owners, office managers, and team managers. Nothing to install: sign in with a one-time code sent to your work email.
- The day at a glance: every tech's jobs, what's confirmed, and who's on site.
- What needs attention comes first: a tech running late, a job nobody confirmed, an invoice waiting on a tech's YES, a part price Parser is still waiting on.
- Every invoice from prepared to paid: what's waiting on approval, what's been sent, and what's been paid.
- Ask Parser about your business in plain words: "Who's running late?" "What's the gate code at the Lockhart job?" "How much is waiting on approval?" Answers come from your records, and Parser asks which one you mean when it isn't sure.
- Team managers can run their team from a laptop: send techs to jobs, update a job, and attach plans and photos, the same as texting Parser. Big files get an upload link.
- Each team manager's view opens on their own team, with the whole company a click away.
- Included with Parser. Your techs' messages stay private here too: the Hub shows job records and totals, never the messages.
Records worth having when it's time to sell
Equipment register
Every unit we know about, per customer and site: make, model, serial, age, and last service. Built from your old records and kept current by your techs. Older units flag your upcoming replacement work.
Financial records Optional
With your written permission, we organize your tax, payroll, bank, and accounting documents by type and year and hand them securely to an accountant you name, who can get your books in order, for example before a sale.
How we handle your data
Precautions we take, described plainly. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
- We never ask for passwords to your bank, payroll, or tax accounts.
- You send us your records through a private upload link that only receives files, takes files of any size, and encrypts them as they arrive. It expires after 14 days.
- Tax, payroll, and bank documents stay only in your sealed, encrypted original copy. They never go into our working records, your software, or AI tools unless you sign our separate Financial Records Agreement to share them with your accountant.
- Your files sit on our private, encrypted server only while we work on them, reachable only through verified TVM logins. When the work is done, the originals move to our offline archive and are erased from our server. Parser keeps an encrypted copy of each customer's job documents (invoices, agreements, estimates, photos) for 24 months so your techs can pull them up by text.
- Job photos and documents your team sends are stored encrypted, and links to them are private and expire after 24 hours.
- The Parser Hub runs on its own server that holds none of your records. Each person signs in with a one-time code, and sees only your company.
- If your information is ever accessed without authorization, we'll tell you within 72 hours of learning of it.
